Listing Your Catalog and Products

For a larger file, you can mail us the catalog on a DVD or CD or, provide us an access to an FTP site where it is available for us to download.

The ideal electronic format is a csv file, as generated for example from an excel file. The file lists each product name with a product description, and link to the product web page. You can also add categories in which the product is entered in your catalog table of contents (with a maximum of three levels, e.g. Nucleic Acid Purification → DNA Purification → Genomic DNA). If you do not have a csv file, we also accept other electronic formats like XML, flat text files, HTML, or PDF, so please inquire.

The strongest product descriptions will result in the most hits, because context words are used to rank the products in the results windows.

Whole or Partial Catalogs

You can choose to list your entire product catalog, or only specific products or product lines an can add more products at any time. If for any reason, you wish to remove any or all of the products, you may do so. You can also update product descriptions periodically to improve the search results over time.

Privacy Protection

Prior to sending your catalog, we have simple non-disclosure agreement specifying that your catalog information provided will be kept secure and only be used in the CL!Psci search engine results.
